Alejandro V. Moreno passed away on February 1, 2025, at the age of 83. He was born on April 24, 1941, to Pilar and Maria Moreno.

Mr. Moreno is preceded in death by his parents; son, Alejandro Moreno Jr., and his siblings, Juanita Moreno, Josefa Campos, Jesusa Carbajal and Francisco Moreno.

Mr. Moreno is survived by his wife, Maria C. Moreno; children, Elida Moreno (Kevin Castillo), Eddie Moreno (Laurie), Maria A. Ramirez (Santos, III) and Mary Rita Moreno (Elpidio Rodriguez); grandchildren, Fred Amaya, Armando Castaneda, Emilia Castaneda, Marisela Ramirez, Karina Moreno, Abrianna Moreno, Alejandra Moreno, Steven Ramirez, Holly Moreno, Arieana Ramirez,, Elpidio Rodriguez III, Javier Moreno, Jadrian Rodriguez, Kaitlyn Rodriguez, Jaysen Ramirez, Alexis Rodriguez, Matthew Moreno and Andrew Moreno; sister, Andrea Moreno and daughter in law, Susana Realme. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 7, 2025, at Peters Funeral Home from 5:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. with a Rosary at 7:00p.m. Funeral services will be held at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at 10:00a.m. Interment will follow at the Cotulla East Cemetery
