Arturo Rios passed away on December 17, 2015, at the age of 66. He was born on October 1, 1949 to Modesto and Lorenza Rios Jr.
Mr. Rios is preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Erasmo Rios.
Mr. Rios is survived by his daughters, Adelfa (Johnny) Vela and Jessica Rios; the mother of his children, Bertha Rios; siblings, Modesto (Anita) Rios Jr., Celia (Bencelado†) Martinez, Juanita (Reyes†) Perez and Cristela (Carl) Rinas. He is also survived by numerous other relatives.
