Ms. Garza is preceded in death by her husband, Refugio Garza Sr.; parents and siblings, Trinidad Banda, Camila Banda, Ignacio Banda, Leonardo Banda Jr., Romana Banda Martinez and Josefa B. Romayor.
Ms. Garza is survived by her children, Elsa (Victor) Mendoza, Ester (Isidro) Serrano and Refugio (Jennifer) Garza Jr.; grandchildren, Daniel Lee Garza, Michael Robert Garza and brother, Elias (Margarita) Banda.
