Aurelio Benavides Jr. passed away on September 16, 2021, at the age of 68. He was born on May 28, 1953, to Aurelio and Diamantina Benavides.

Mr. Benavides is preceded in death by his parents and his siblings, San Juana Reyes, Alvaro Benavides, and Florentino Benavides.

Mr. Benavides is survived by his children, Aurelio Benavides III, and Sylvia Braxton; sisters, Aurelia Perales, Ernestina Salinas, Estella Quiroz, Maria Carrizales and Hilda Lee Garza.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 20, 2021, at Peters Funeral Home from 5:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, September 21, 2021, at 10:00a.m. at Peters Funeral Home. Interment will follow at the Cristo Rey Cemetery.
