Beatrice Carrizales passed away on October 2, 2023, at the age of 87. She was born on August 12, 1936, to Adelina and Bernadino Alanis.

Ms. Carrizales is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Maria Antonia Garza and her grandson, Jose Medrano III.

Ms. Carrizales is survived by her children, Juan Carlos Medrano, Felipa M. Garcia, Sonia M. Barrera and Maria Camelia (Tomas) Garcia; grandchildren, Juanita Medrano, Carlos Medrano, Cynthia Medrano, Agnes Martinez Medrano, Jonathan Garza, Dalia Garza, Jorge Luis Ybarra, Vanessa Martinez, Gabriella Gandara, Enrique Gandara III, Sonia Crystal Gutierrez, Thomasa Cassandra Lopez, Tomas Garcia III, Angel Garcia, Brandi Garcia and Deigo Garcia; siblings, Antonio Alaniz and Elia A. Ramirez. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, at Peters Funeral Home from 8:00a.m. to 10:30a.m. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Interment will follow at the Cristo Rey Cemetery.
