Ms. Fuentes is preceded in death by her father, Adolfo Lumbreras.
Ms. Fuentes is survived by her children, Aida Garcia, Mathew Fuentes and Kathleen Fuentes; siblings, Maribel Lumbreras, Adolfo Lumbreras Jr., Jesus Lumbreras, Juan Lumbreras and Javier Lumbreras. She is also survived by her mother, Josefina Lumbreras and 4 grandchildren.
