Belia Velasquez passed away on August 18, 2019 at the age of 89. She was born on November 2, 1929 to Alfredo and Andrea Luna.

Mrs. Velasquez is preceded in death by her husband, Francisco Velasquez and her sons, Andres Velasquez and Freddy Velasquez.

Mrs. Velasquez is survived by her children, Francis Carbajal, Humberto (Esperanza) Velasquez, Pedro Francisco Velasquez and Juan Velasquez. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, August 21, 2019, 2019 at Peters Funeral Home from 5:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. with a Rosary at 7:00p.m. Funeral Services will be held at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church on Thursday, August 22, 2019 at 12:00p.m. Interment will follow at the Cotulla Southwest Cemetery.
