Billy "Jack" Bice entered his heavenly home on September 11, 2016 at the age of 87 after a long terminal illness.
Jack was born on July 29, 1929 in Gorman, TX. and spent his adolescent years in Lubbock, TX.
In 1974 he married the love of his life, Helen. They were married 42 wonderful years.
Jack served in the US Army during the early 1950's then in the mid 1960's served as a missionary in Mexico. Jack then worked as a Terminal Manager for SMT Lines in Alice, Austin and Corpus Christi. He retired in 1994 after 22 years.
He is survived by his wife, Helen; son, Weldon (Susan) Bice; sister, Jo Bice; step-children, Debbie (Mark) Baldree, Mark (Carol) Taylor and Dana (Bob) Cuffaro; 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Jack is preceded in death by his parents, Jackson and Pearl Bice; brother, JT Bice and his son, Douglas Bice.
