Billye Jo Pipes of Boerne passed away on February 23, 2014 at the age of 86. He was born on August 4, 1927 to Thomas A. and Mamie Lee Barnes.

Ms. Pipes is preceded in death by her husband, Ikey Pipes and brother, T.A. Barnes Jr.

Ms. Pipes is survived by children, Hon. Judge Vicki Rodriguez and husband Miguel, Tommy Pipes and wife Meagan and Dawn Wolda; grandchildren, Dee Tiller, Jo Fay Mathews, Dallas Pipes, Molley Pipes and Mason Pipes; great grandchildren, Riley Mathews, Reagan Mathews, Shania Mathews, Hylaree Wolda, Hudson Wolda, Morgan Tiller, Bryce Tiller, Macee Tiller, Ace Tiller, Taylor Glass and Kameron Glass. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Services will be held on Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at the Dilley First United Methodist Church at 1:00pm.
