Carlota G. Rios passed away on November 24, 2016, at the age of 95. She was born on July 5, 1921 to Juan and Antonia Garza.
Ms. Rios is preceded in death by her husband, Gregorio Rios; and children, Gregorio Rios and Olga Cantu.
Ms. Rios is survived by her children, Estella R. (Carlos†)Benavidez, Rosa (Jimmy†) Acord and Oscar (Rosalina) Rios; 21 grandchildren, 45 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
