Clara Maldonado of Cotulla passed away on May 12, 2013 at the age of 58. She was born on February 4, 1955 to Rafael and Elvira Flores.

Mrs. Maldonado is preceded in death by her parents, Rafael and Elvira Flores; husband, Leonel Maldonado; and brother, Jesus Flores.

Mrs. Maldonado is survived by her children, Leonel Maldonado, Jr., Leovardo (Susana) Maldonado, Elido Maldonado, and Bernardo (Hope) Maldonado; siblings, Rafael Flores, Antonio Flores, San Juana Flores, and Ellie Maldonado; and seven grandchildren. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Services for Mrs. Maldonado will be held at La Vina del Senor in Cotulla on Friday, May 17, 2013 at 10:00 a.m.

Interment will follow at Encinal City Cemetery.
