Dr. Daniel J. Theagene made his journey to a better life on Friday, October 4, 2013.

Dr. Theagene was better known to his co-workers and his patients as Dr. T.

Dr. T was a dedicated dentist without regards for himself or the traveling he had to do. He visited the Carrizo Springs, Devine and Pearsall clinics and still continued his work at the Cotulla clinic. He made the patients his priority; always making sure the best possible care was being offered to each and every patient.

Dr. Theagene, the Agency's Dental Director, was a valued employee. He had been with the Agency for five (5) years. Dr. T was always willing to do what was necessary to improve the services that were offered to every patient.

Dr. Daniel Theagene was a resident of Cotulla. He will be greatly missed by South Texas Rural Health Services, Inc. and by the communities he served.
