Elias R. Ovalle passed away on February 14, 2019 at the age of 90. He was born on October 3, 1928 to Estanislado and Petra Ovalle.
Mr. Ovalle is preceded in death by his wife, Valeria H. Ovalle and nephew, Pedro A. Vargas.
Mr. Ovalle is survived by his son, Jimmy Cabrera and his wife Martha and his niece Gloria (Reynaldo†) Perez. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
