Elida A. Linares passed away on May 25, 2023, at the age of 72. She was born on June 15, 1950, to Enrique and Rosa Ayala.

Mrs. Linares is preceded in death by her parents and her siblings, Josefa Sanchez, Roberto Ayala, and Enrique Ayala.

Mrs. Linares is survived by her husband, Luis Linares Jr.; children, Luis Linares III, Marco (Kim) Linares, and Elida Elizabeth Linares; grandchildren, Marco Linares, Kaleb Linares, Jaden Luis Linares, Bella Victoria Linares, and Evan Richard Zertuche; siblings, Estella Ruiz, Elvira Velasquez, Juanita Lozano, Adan Ayala, Yolanda Sanchez and Raul Ayala.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 3, 2023, at Living Faith Family Worship Church from 8:00a.m. to 10:00a.m. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, June 3, 2023, at 10:00a.m. at Living Faith Family Worship Church. Interment will follow at the Cotulla Southwest Cemetery.
