Emelina Valles passed away on February 3, 2026, at the age of 84. She was born on December 20, 1941, to Martina Martinez Valles.

Ms. Valles is preceded in death by her husband, Carlos Valles Jr., parents, Reynaldo and Martina Valles and her sister, Patricia Rivera.

Ms. Valles is survived by her children, Carlos (Belinda) Valles, Juan (JoAnn) Valles, Adrian (Melba) Valles and Griselda Valles Alba (Nicholas); 13 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and her sisters, Maria Luisa (Jose N.) Cantu, Dora (Carlos) Godoy, Gloria (Manuel) Quintero, Irene (Anthony) Amaral and Juana (Juan) Quiroga. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at Peters Funeral Home from 8:00a.m. to 11:30a.m. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at 12:00p.m. at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Interment will follow at the Encinal Cemetery.
