December 19, 1931 - February 15, 2014

Encarnacion Ruiz of Cotulla passed away on February 15, 2014 at the age of 82. He was born on December 19, 1931 to Salome and Maria Ruiz.

Mr. Ruiz is preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Trinidad Salazar, Fausto Ruiz, Ramon Ruiz and his great nephew Jose G. Ramirez Jr.

Mr. Ruiz is survived by his niece Maria Ramirez and her husband Jose; children, Maria Martha Ruiz, Jose Luis Ruiz and Jesus Ruiz; great nieces and nephews, Nottie, Celeste, JoAnne, Beto, Baeta, Jonessa, Zion and Jonay. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 20, 2014 at Peters Funeral Home from 4:00pm to 9:00pm with a Rosary at 7:00pm. Services will be held on Friday, February 21, 2014 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church at 9:30am. Interment will follow at the Cristo Rey Cemetery.
