Esperanza G. Santos passed away on February 25, 2019 at the age of 84. She was born on March 12, 1934 to Guillermo Garcia and Domitila San Miguel Garcia.

Ms. Santos is preceded in death by her husband, Lauro L. Santos Sr. and her parents.

Ms. Santos is survived by her children, Elda Nora S. Quintanilla, Norma S. Barbour, Lauro G. (Elia B.) Santos Jr. and Idalia S. Smasal; grandchildren, Griselda (William Person) Santos, Leigh Ann S. (Francisco) Gutierrez, Lauro B. Santos III and Laura Araceli S. (Ernesto) Rendon; great grandchildren, Jaslene Areli Rendon, Julie Azalea Rendon, Mason M. Santos, Mercedes M. Santos, Nathan Huth, Kaylie M. Santos, Aleighanna Lyselle Gutierrez, Arabella Idamari Gutierrez and half-sisters, Lydia G. Duran and Alamar G. (Jesus) Duran.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
