Filiberto Ruiz passed away on February 3, 2016, at the age of 81. He was born on March 16, 1934 to Pedro and Evarista Ruiz.
Mr. Ruiz is preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Manuel Castillo, Miguel Castillo, Anita Villarreal and Eloisa Torres.
Mr. Ruiz is survived by his loving wife, Emma F. Ruiz; children, Elvira (Antonio) De La Rosa Jr., Mirtha Nunez (Senon Cruz), Elsa Ruiz (Sandra Luna) and Filiberto (Joanne) Ruiz Jr.; siblings, Guadalupe (Jose) De Anda and Maria Luisa Gonzalez. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
