Gilbert R. Bernal passed away on November 22, 2019 at the age of 39. He was born on December 4, 1979 to Francisco and Maria Bernal.

Mr. Bernal is preceded in death by his wife, Irene Gonzales.

Mr. Bernal is survived by his daughters, Lourdes Bernal (Leanyssa Gonzales), Jasentha Bernal (Guadalupe Guartoda); stepdaughters, Serena Gonzales (Josh Ruel), Destiny Gonzales; grandchildren, Salvador Perez Jr., Raiden Jace Ruel, Dominick King Ruel; parents, Francisco and Maria Bernal; siblings, Francisco Bernal Jr., Paulino Bernal, Mary Jane Bernal, Pedro Bernal maternal grandparents, Delmiro and Ignacia Ruiz; paternal grandparents, Eulalia and Pedro Bernal and his fiancé, Annette Lara. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at Peters Funeral Home from 5:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. Funeral Services will be held at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church on Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at 10:00a.m. Interment will follow at the Cristo Rey Cemetery.
