Guadalupe Gutierrez of Cotulla passed away November 21, 2012 at the age of 92. She was the daughter of Juan and Petra Gonzalez.

Ms. Gutierrez is preceded in death by her parents, Juan and Petra Gonzalez, as well as her spouse, Hilario Gutierrez.

Ms. Gutierrez is survived by her son, Juan Gutierrez and wife Ana Nara of Cotulla; grandchildren, Humberto Gutierrez Martinez of Oklahoma City, Noe T. Gutierrez of Cotulla, Josie T. Sanchez of Cotulla, Alfredo Gutierrez of Oklahoma City, Juan M. Gutierrez Jr. of Cotulla, Jose H. Gutierrez of Cotulla, and Esmeralda Martinez Gutierrez of Fort Worth; brother, Vicente G. Gonzalez; and Elsa Gutierrez. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, friends, and other relatives.

Visitations for Ms. Gutierrez will be held on Sunday, November 25, 2012 at Peters Funeral Home in Cotulla from 4:00-9:00PM., with a Rosary at 6:30PM.

Funeral Services for Ms. Gutierrez will be held on Monday, November 26, 2012 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Cotulla, TX at 9:30AM.

Interment will follow at the Fowlerton Cemetery.

The family would like to thank Las Palmas Nursing Home and all of their staff for their hard work and dedication to their loved one. Her one and only son, Juan, would also like to thank God for allowing his mother to love and care for him for sixty wonderful years, and for giving her ninety-two years of life to share with the rest of their family.
