Ms. De La Rosa is survived by her husband, Antonio De La Rosa; children, Tony De La Rosa Jr., Nora Elia De La Rosa, Annabel De La Rosa and Abel De La Rosa; siblings, Aurora Rosado, Felix Lara and Rosa Lara. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
