Hector Garcia passed away on October 6, 2021, at the age of 67. He was born on March 11. 1954 to Baldomero and Maria C. Garcia.

Mr. Garcia is preceded in death by his parents.

Mr. Garcia is survived by his spouse, Sylvia R. Garcia; mother of his children, Delta Garcia; children, David (Ruby) Garcia, Hector (Adriana) Garcia Jr., Michael (Stephanie) Garcia, Steve (Leanna) Garcia, Alyssa (Lorenzo) Garcia and Richard (Araceli) Garcia; stepchildren, Franco (Valerie) Oceguera, Jonathan (Heydy) Oceguera, and Jessica (Chris) Hearne; siblings, Juan Garcia, Baldomero Garcia Jr., Esmeralda Garcia, Alicia Gonzalez, Yvonne Castillo, San Juana Parras and Velma Garcia. He is also survived by 33 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and numerous nieces, and nephews.

Pallbearers will be, David Garcia, Hector Garcia Jr., Michael Garcia, Steve Garcia Richard Garcia, Franco Oceguera, Jonathan Oceguera, Alejandro Garcia and Honorary Pallbearer, Alyssa Garcia.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 11, 2021, at Peters Funeral Home from 4:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, October 12, 2021, at 10:00a.m. at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Interment will follow at the Cotulla Southwest Cemetery.
