Jose De Hoyos of Cotulla passed away on March 24, 2015, at the age of 81. He was born on August 27, 1933 to Estanislado and Elisa De Hoyos.
Mr. De Hoyos is preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Marisa De Hoyos; brothers, Pedro De Hoyos, Jesus De Hoyos, Juan Eloy De Hoyos and sister, Margarita De Hoyos.
Mr. De Hoyos is survived by his children, Jose (Maria) De Hoyos, Michael (Monique) De Hoyos, Rolando (Jennifer) De Hoyos, Israel (Rita) De Hoyos and Juan (Rika) Zamora; brother, Guadalupe (Esmeralda) De Hoyos; sisters, Genoveva (Daniel) Martinez, Luz (Gilberto†) Saldivar, Maria (Jesus†) Ysquierdo, 20 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at Peters Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, March 26, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
