Josefa Cruz Gonzalez of Cotulla passed away on January 12, 2021 at the age of 91. She was born on February 18, 1929 in Bigfoot, TX. to Casimiro Aguilera and Cresencia Cruz.

Ms. Gonzalez is preceded in death by her parents and her children, Felipe Gonzalez Jr., Francisco Gonzalez and Lucia Gonzalez.

Ms. Gonzales is survived by her son, Carlos Gonzalez Sr.; grandchildren, Francisco Gonzalez, David Gonzalez, Lucia Gonzalez, Felipe Gonzalez IV, Carlos Gonzalez Jr., Esteban Gonzalez, Elsa Gonzalez, Talisa Gonzalez, Jose Blanco, Linda Gonzalez and Felipe Gonzalez III; siblings, Alejandra Rios, Elvira Bernal and Daniel Cruz. She is also survived by 28 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday, January 18, 2021 at Peters Funeral Home from 8:00a.m. to 11:00a.m. Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 18, 2021 at 11:00a.m. at Peters Funeral Home. Interment will follow at the Cristo Rey Cemetery.
