Juan J. Martinez passed away on June 17, 2016, at the age of 86. He was born on November 12, 1929 to Gregorio and Soledad Martinez.
Mr. Martinez is preceded in death by his first wife, Refuna Velasquez; second wife, Eudelia Ruiz; daughter, Rosa Martinez and brother, Sebastian Martinez.
Mr. Martinez is survived by his daughters, Rosa Rosales Martinez, Emma Martinez, Brunilda Chapa, and Oralia Hernandez; sons, Juan Leonel Martinez and Jose H. Chapa; siblings Elena Martinez, Irene Martinez and granddaughter, Elissa Martinez Gutierrez. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 24, 2016, at Peters Funeral Home from 8:30a.m. to 11:30a.m. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, June 24, 2016 at 12:00p.m. at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Interment will follow at the Cristo Rey Cemetery.
