Kay Kinsey passed away on June 24, 2025, at the age of 80. She was born on September 4, 1944, to Lawson and Winnie Edmiston.

Ms. Kinsey is survived by her children, Janna Prasek, Shelby Prasek, James Kinsey, Tina Kinsey and Chris Kinsey; sisters, Sherian King and Gwen Harris. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 5 step grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and 2 step great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at the Christian Faith Center at 11:00a.m. Interment will follow at the Dilley Cemetery.
