Mr. Figueroa is survived by his wife, Oralia Figueroa; children, Manuel (Julie) Figueroa Jr., Sandra (Ligo) Mendez and Ruby (David) Garcia; grandchildren, Michael Figueroa, Christopher Rosales Figueroa, Oscar Iracheta, Crystal Iracheta, Juan Salazar, Isaiah Mendez, Rodrigo Mendez, David Garcia Jr., DeeDee Garcia and Googie Garcia; siblings, Josefina, Teresa, Alicia, Sally and Nick Figueroa and 9 great grandchildren.
