Maria Luisa Bernal passed away on July 22, 2022, at the age of 72. She was born on March 23, 1950, to Deimiro and Ygnacia Ruiz.

Mrs. Bernal is preceded in death by her parents; son, Gilbert Bernal; brothers, Juan Ruiz, Fidel Ruiz and daughter-in-law, Irene Gonzales.

Mrs. Bernal is survived by her husband, Francisco Bernal Sr.; children, Francisco Bernal Jr. (Hermelinda Garza), Paulino Bernal Sr. (Manuela C. Bernal), M.J. Bernal (Marie G. Bernal) and Pedro Bernal; sisters, Julia Ruiz and Margarita Ruiz. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
