Maria E. Gonzales passed away on May 10, 2015, at the age of 72. She was born on August 26, 1942 to Mateo and Leonides Blanco.
Ms. Gonzales is preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Luisa B. Cruz, Felicidad Brady, Ramona B. Garcia and Mateo Blanco Jr.
Ms. Gonzales is survived by her children, Esteban Gonzales, Maria Elizabeth (David) Jenkins, Bonita Melinda Gonzales and Anna Evette Gonzales; nieces and nephews, Ruben (Mary) Cruz, Rene (Janet) Cruz, Ray (Marissa) Cruz, Melba (Leo) Leos, Rebecca Elias, Michelle (Cristobal) Romero, Nadia Butcher and Ydes Blanco; grandchildren, Corrine (Ray) Leal, Veronica (Oscar) Rodriguez, Esteban (Stephanie) Gonzales Jr., Ryan Gonzales, Caelan Gonzales, Jaren Gonzales, Elise Gonzales, Nelta Marie Jenkins, Loril Beth Jenkins, Matthew Campos and Alyssa LeAnn Campos. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at Peters Funeral Home from 4:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. with a Rosary at 7:00p.m. Services will be held on Thursday, May 14, 2015 at 9:30a.m. at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Interment will follow at the Cristo Rey Cemetery.
