Maria Gloria Martinez of Cotulla, Texas passed away on February 14, 2022, in Pearsall, Texas at the age of 86. She was born in Anson, Texas to Jose and Josephina Gloria on June 20, 1935.

Ms. Martinez is preceded in death by her parents; 14 siblings; son, Manuel Martinez; granddaughter, Armandina; grandson, Jacob and great granddaughter, Isabel.

Mrs. Martinez is survived by her children, Maricella (Joe) Guerrero and their children, Melisa, Rolando, Reynaldo, Anthony Robert, and Jonathan, 10 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren; Marisa (Victor) Villarreal and their children, Victor Saul, Nicholas Daniel, Ezekiel Thomas and 2 grandchildren; Melba (Amador) Ruiz Jr. and their children, Joshua, Jerry, Jeremiah, Emmanuel, Amador, III and Aracely, 9 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren; Martin (Georgia) Martinez and their children, Marco and Colby. She is also survived by her sister, Trinidad Maldonado.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
