September 24, 1924 - March 27, 2013

Maria G. Villarreal of Cotulla passed away on March 27, 2013 in Dodgeville, WI at the age of 88.

Maria was preceded in death by her husband, Dionicio; and four sons, Louis, Juan, Israel, and Roberto.

Maria is survived by one brother, Pedro Garcia; five daughters, Yolanda Brown, Oralia Villarreal, Belia (Juan) Montemayor, Sarah (Ken) Wertman, and Lisa Villarreal; one son, Dionicio (Virginia) Villarreal, Jr.; 27 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren, and 14 great-great grandchildren. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitations will be held at Peters Funeral Home in Cotulla on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 from 6:00 - 9:00pm with a rosary at 6:30pm.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Cotulla, TX at 9:30am. A procession will be held at 9:00am from Peters Funeral Home to Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

Interment will follow at the Sacred Heart Cemetery.
