Modesto S. Rios Jr. passed away on January 14, 2022, at the age of 76. He was born on October 13, 1945, to Modesto and Lorenza Rios.

Mr. Rios is preceded in death by his parents and his brothers, Erasmo Rios, Arturo Rios and grandson, Joshua Rios.

Mr. Rios is survived by his wife, Anita Rios; children, Eudelia "Lela" (Jeff) Yarbrough, Irene (Tirso) Ramirez, Juan (Jessica) Rios and Eliseo (Minerva) Rios; siblings, Celia Martinez, Juanita Perez and Cristella Rinas. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be, Juan Rios, Eliseo Rios, Elijah Rios, Jaime Rios, Blayde Martinez, Raul Gonzalez III "Tres", Anthony Zertuche and Geraldo Reyna.

Visitation will be held on Monday, January 17, 2022, at Peters Funeral Home from 5:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, January 18, 2022, at 10:00a.m. at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Interment will follow at the Cristo Rey Cemetery.
