Neal Arthur Kerr passed away on November 14, 2022, at the age of 73. He was born on February 19, 1949, to Theodore Arthur Kerr and Norma Reese Kerr.

Mr. Kerr is preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Janet Wimberly.

Mr. Kerr is survived by his daughter, Angie Kerr; brother, Ted (Kathy) Kerr and several nephews, 1 niece and numerous other relatives.

Graveside Services will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2022, at 1:00p.m. at the Cotulla West Cemetery.
