Noe Salazar of Giddings passed away on February 8, 2014 at the age of 86. He was born on July 20, 1927 to Seferino and Ignacia (Alvarado) Salazar.

Mr. Salazar is preceded in death by his parents and his siblings, Moises Salazar, Imelda Salazar, Bertha Alicia Salazar and Ismael Salazar.

Mr. Salazar is survived by his loving wife Antonia G. Salazar; children, Diana (Jack) Lanham, Noelia S. (Robie) Ledesma, Baldemar Salazar and Erasmo Salazar; grandchildren, Leodoro (Jessica) Martinez III, Myrna (Carlos) Soto III, Jaime Noe (Megan) Martinez, Linda Crystel (Pedro) Saldana, Araceli (Antonio) Villalobos, Baldemar (Ruth) Salazar Jr., Imelda Salazar and Erasmo Salazar Jr. as well as 19 great grandchildren; siblings, Gustavo Salazar, Rosalinda Zamora and Seferino (Francisca) Salazar. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at Peters Funeral Home from 5:00pm to 9:00pm with a Rosary at 7:00pm. Services will be held on Wednesday, February 12, 2014 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church at 9:30am with interment following at the Cotulla East Cemetery.
