Noe was the proud owner of Sanchez Construction, a profession which he loved. Noe will always be known for the hard worker that he was and for his strong commitment to his job. Noe loved fishing, the Dallas Cowboys, and hunting. He loved to BBQ, his fajita tacos with avocado, and shooting hoops with his grandchildren.  Anyone that knew Noe, knew his most prized possessions were his children and grandchildren who knew him as "Big Dad." Noe was a proud grandfather who dedicated all of his time to his grandchildren and was very involved in all their activities. He would always help them with their homework, his house was known as the "snack stop" after school, and he always made sure they got to the bus stop each morning okay. His family, children, and grandchildren were his life.

He will always be remembered for his special smile and the joy he imparted to his community. He had a warm heart and a generous spirit, always eager to help others and make them smile. His laughter was contagious, and his presence could brighten any room. He will always be known as a jokester, his energetic spirit, and someone who helped everyone.
