Oscar H. Moreno Sr. passed away on September 22, 2021, at the age of 57. He was born on October 8, 1963, to Victor and Emilia Moreno Sr.

Mr. Moreno is preceded in death by his parents and his siblings, Ignacio Moreno, Victor Moreno Jr., and Lillian M. Nieto.

Mr. Moreno is survived by his son, Oscar H. Moreno Jr., and his siblings, Juan (Irene) Moreno Sr., Agapito (Yolanda) Moreno, Diana M. (Henry) Salazar, Mary Helen (Joe) Barrientos and Dolores (Geronimo) Teran. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
