Raul Benavides of Cotulla passed away on January 5, 2021 at the age of 79. He was born on December 6, 1941 in Cotulla, Tx. to Pablo and Beatriz Benavides.

Mr. Benavides is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Abel Benavides, Pablo Benavides; sisters, Paula Saldivar; son, Lupe Benavides and grandson, Raul Beanvides III.

Mr. Benavides is survived by his wife, Maria Benavides; children, Raul (Dora) Benavides, Juanita (Javier) Bustos and Donna Vallejo; siblings, Alicia Ruiz, Rosa Estrada, 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
