Ricardo Martinez of Cotulla, TX passed away peacefully on June 10, 2012.

Mr. Martinez is preceded in death by his parents: Antonio and Guadalupe Martinez, and brothers: Antonio and Manuel Martinez.

Mr. Martinez is survived by his wife, Rosa P. Martinez, and children: Freddy (Isaura) Martinez, Ricky (Odelia) Martinez, Rolando Martinez, Richard (Valerie) Peralta, Ruby (Jesse) Leal, Melissa Laguna, Lenora (Daniel) Cruz, Cynthia (Rolando) Perales, Melida (Bay) Castillo, Juan (Lucy) Laguna, Jesus (Renee) Peralta, Larry (Peggy) Laguna, Gilbert Laguna and Kassandra Laguna. Mr. Martinez is also survived by his siblings: Guadalupe Marchan, Mario Martinez, Hortencia (Victor) Mancias, Elvira (Salome) Ruiz, Juanita (Chuy) Mancias, Olga (Luis) Perez and Alvaro (Elodia) Marchan, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Visitations for Mr. Martinez were held on Thursday June 14, 2012 at Peters Funeral Home from 4:00-9:00p.m. with a prayer service at 7:00 .

Funeral Services for Mr. Martinez were held on Friday June 15, 2012 at La Vina Del Senor in Cotulla, TX at 10:00.  Pall bearers were: Juan Laguna, Jesus Peralta, Richard Peralta, Freddie Martinez, Ricky Martinez and Rolando Martinez.

Interment was followed to Cristo Rey Cemetery.
