Mr. Garza is survived by his loving wife, Victoria "Vicki" Garza; children, Nora G. (Rafael) Galvan and Robert Michael Garza; grandchildren, Brandi Garcia, Alejandro Garcia, Ricardo Garcia and Yessica Flores. He is also survived by 9 siblings.
