Ruby, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, passed away peacefully on July 10 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born and raised in Cotulla, Texas and married Esteban Garcia in 1960. They moved to Racine, Wisconsin and raised their five children.

Ruby loved everything about home decorating, restoring furniture, and painting ceramic figurines. She enjoyed cooking, feeding, and entertaining her family and friends in her youth and will be missed dearly by her devoted husband and her loving family.

Ruby is survived by her husband, Esteban; children, Esteban (Shelly)Garcia, Emerick (Cheryl) Garcia, Eleazar, Enoc, and Enett(Marco) Jaimez; grandchildren, Natassia(Mark) Matsen, Esteban( Lindsay) Garcia, Emerick(Emily) Garcia, Erik(Rebekah) Garcia, Elecia (Junior) Amaya, Elena, Esperanza, Marco E. Jaimez, Elias Jaimez, Eliana Jaimez, and Elissa Jaimez and twenty one great grandchildren.

A funeral service is scheduled for 9:00am on July 15, 2021, at Peter's Funeral Home with a burial to follow.
