April 6, 1926 - April 14, 2014

Sista Ramirez of Cotulla passed away on April 14, 2014 at the age of 88. She was born in Cotulla on April 6, 1926 to Anastacio and Josefa Gonzalez Coronado.

Mrs. Ramirez is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Jose Lucio Ramirez, daughter, Criselda Maldonado, and sisters, Ignacia Coronado and Martha Ramirez.

Mrs. Ramirez is survived by her daughters, Angelica Gonzalez (+ Gerardo), Mariselda Teneyuca (Jesus).  She was also survived by her grandchildren Nadia Teneyuca, Joshua Teneyuca, Jeremy Teneyuca, Elena Valles, Yvonne Rodríguez, Gerardo Gonzalez Jr., Julia Gonzalez, Aldo Maldonado Sr., Angel Maldonado Jr., Claudia Maldonado and 26 great-grandchildren along with numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Visitations for Mrs. Ramirez will be held on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at Peters Funeral Home from 4:00 - 9:00 pm with a rosary at 7:00 pm.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, April 17, 2014 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Cotulla at 9:30 am. Interment followed at the Cristo Rey Cemetery.
