Uvaldo C. Garcia passed away on January 10, 2019 at the age of 89. He was born on April 12, 1929 to Mateo and Enemencia Garcia.

Mr. Garcia is preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Pedro Garcia, Mateo Garcia, Victor Garcia, Ismael Garcia, Esuardo Garcia and Navidad Castillo.

Mr. Garcia is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Elida G. Garcia; children, Uvaldo (Maria Elena) Garcia Jr., Mario (Josefina) Garcia, Yolanda (Rodolfo) Cabrera, Antonio Garcia, Rosie G. (Armando) Martinez, Nora Garcia, Noe (Matilda) Garcia and Abel Garcia; sister, Zulema Garcia and 34 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at Peters Funeral Home from 5:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. with a Rosary at 7:00p.m.Funeral Services will be held at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church on Wednesday, January, 16, 2019 at 10:00a.m. Interment will follow at the Antigua Cemetery.
