William Wayne "Bill" DeWeese passed away on October 24, 2023, at the age of 76. He was born on February 3, 1947, to Dr. Walter Wayne and Claretta Sims DeWeese.

Mr. DeWeese is preceded in death by his parents.

Mr. DeWeese is survived by his son, Travis DeWeese; sister, Helen (Jack†) Bice; brother, Robert Wayne DeWeese; nieces and nephews, Debbie Taylor, Mark (Carol) Taylor, Dana (Bob) Cuffaro, Phillip (Lisa) DeWeese, Roni Weatherford (Jimmy) Campos, Laura Weatherford (Keir) Johnson, Buddy (Brandi) Weatherford, Tami Driver (Kim) Kuntz, Christi Driver and Brady May. He is also survived by numerous other relatives.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, November 3, 2023, at Peters Funeral Home from 5:00p.m. to 7:00p.m. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, November 4, 2023, at 10:00a.m. at the First Baptist Church. Interment will follow at the Cotulla West Cemetery.
